Walkthrough inspection
Normally, after a structural inspection, you will receive a report fully illustrated with photos. The price indications for repair (immediate and/ or long term) are also included. In some cases, a verbal report immediately after the inspection is also sufficient. We call this a walkthrough inspection.

Explanation
In this case you will walk through the house with the technical inspector. Any defects and points of interest (and possible repair) are discussed immediately. You will also receive tips or advice for maintenance of the home. In this case you will not receive a written report.
Of course you can ask all your questions during the tour. Any renovation plans can also be submitted to the technical inspector.
