NHG inspection
To take out a mortgage with National Mortgage Guarantee (NHG), you need (often) a NHG–inspection required. Banks can also go to questions. Q-keur also provides inspections with NHG attachment. We then ensure that our reporting meets the specific requirements of Home Ownership Guarantee Fund Foundation (NHG).

What to expect.
The NHG–inspection provides a concise overview of the condition of the home. In particular, you will find (concise) information to about roofs, floors, facades and frames. Bathrooms, technical installations and alcommon finishesand come herein not at issue.
If you want a complete and easy-to-read report, in combination with a NHG-annex, Then choose an architectural inspection with NHG Annex. The property then becomes optimal inspected and you get a full report with NHG–attachment for your funding. The method of this inspection is otherwise similar to our purchase inspection. Check out

Expenses deductible?
The cost of a architectural inspection, are deductible if they are incurred for the conclusion of the mortgage or loan or for the National Mortgage Guarantee.

Rates apply to homes with a volume up to 500 m3 in the Utrecht region (radius max. 25 km around the city of Utrecht). For inspections outside this region, we charge a small surcharge.
Surcharge homes with content >500 m3: EUR 35.00 per 100 m3.
